On November 21, 2020 I sent in my form to Marie, the manager to place my account on a freeze as I am not comfortable getting a massage during this pandemic. I still have not gotten a response from her either by email or phone and low and behold they charged my card this morning. I am absolutely furious with their lack of response after repeated attempts to resolve this. These people just steal your money!!!

This place is amazing!!! I was treated to a 90 minute massage by my baby daughter. I had a kazillion options of scents and therapeutic protocols.
I normally don’t share the name of the therapist I see because I don’t want to share her but, Nidia is AMAZING!! She listens to what my issues are, targets them and leaves me feeling like a whole new woman!! The entire staff is personable and professional!! Highly recommend!!
Does anyone know how long it’ll take to get a refund from these people? I cancelled my membership on May 31st and was told I would not be charged for any more months and yet my bank account was depleted $70 this morning. So frustrating. It may not seem like a lot of money to some but I live paycheck to paycheck and I can’t afford this anymore. I called today and she said she would “look into it” and get my refund back. I even filled out a form and everything. Any advice on what I should do?
