Unexplained Cancellation Policy,,,will charge you anyway. WARNING ON CANCELLATION!!! I scheduled an appointment for 3hours out on a busy day and had to cancel on hour later. I was not told there was a four hour notice for cancellation of an appointment. I explained this to an employee in a very calm manner and was immediately handed off to the manager (Crystal). Sorry that I stop going there it was great!
I am LIVID with the experience I had at this location. They cancelled my scheduled appointment an hour before last week due to the therapist not showing up and rescheduled me for a week later. I walked in today and there is no record of my scheduled appointment after THEIR error last week and after I drove to the location and found parking downtown. There was no offer of making things right. I will not continue to support this company or location.
I always enjoy going in friendly front staff. Therapist are great Only bad thing is Parking!! Not great when you go to relax and it's very stressful to have to make change for parking meters. Other than that definitely recommend . 💯 ‼️

I was visiting Denver for work and needed to relax. Louis R. Gave me the best massage I have ever had. Because I box and do yoga five days a week, I usually get massages every two weeks. Louis massaged me and also stretched my shoulders. Thank you for a wonderful ending to my visit. I will definitely go .back.
