I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for four months. They continue to charge me even though I’ve called and talked with them four times, filled out the necessary forms twice, and received both verbal and email confirmation that they cancelled it.

Thsnks to one of the massage therapists at this location, I woke up with no pain in my neck this morning. This was achieved after 1 visit! I feel like I can go back to my daily activaties pain free! I will definitely be back on a regular basis and I got a monthly membership.
I have had all good experiences with Massage Therapists at Lloyd. I was super excited when I found out one of my favs from Mall 205 had transferred to Lloyd!
I have been having multiple troubled areas. Julie was great and took the time to really understand where I needed extra work. I will definately be back.
