Purchased a gift certificate for Mothers Day. The young lady was pushing the $125 special. So glad I didn't purchase it as my daughter will not be returning. There was never any mention that a credit card was required to book an appointment, let alone that the credit card number was kept on permanent file. The staff was very unprofessional, smack/trash talking customers in front of other customers. Yelling conversations thru the walls. My first massage was the result of a gift certificate from my son. The massage helped me so much that I have booked a weekly massage ever since. Jaime is amazing. I am far more mobile and in much less pain than before I stated coming to Massage Envy.
