I went to Massage Envy Lexington to receive a Custom Facial. In the timespan of a week following my appointment, my face broke out in the worst acne I have ever had in my adult life. Historically, I have never broken out or had any adverse reactions after a facial and have had crystal clear skin. I initially wrote it off as a bad reaction and possibly hormonal acne. RecommendedMy husband and I just had a couples massage. Randy and Mariah were both fabulous.
I got a membership with them and in the contact saying after the year its month to month. after the year I called to cancel and the clerk told me it was cancelled and would take 10 days to take effect. the next month they tried to charge me again. I called again to ask why I was not cancelled and they told me they had no idea what I was talking about and that I had to fill out a form to cancel.
