My mother had an appointment here so that she can relax the day before having an intensive surgery. Unfortunately we had an emergency just before the appointment where she had to put her dog down. I called on behalf of her to cancel the appointment since she was putting her dog down an hour prior to the massage appointment time. They told me that even though they understand what we're going through we will still be charged if missing the appointment. Such disgusting customer service.

I have been going to lemon grove massage envy since last year had some good and some bad situations, tonight was by far the worse!! They refused to massage me without me getting a doctors note because I have breast cancer metastatic to my bones..they never asked me I wrote every single thing that I have been through they have never said a thing to me, and tonight when I have so much pain they refused!!really so I wasted my time anyone knows what bone cancer feels like it's heart breaking it's feels like my bones are crushing... read more
