I walked out of that full-body massage session wondering why I spent all my life thinking massages were a 'luxury'.' Therapist "Joseph" was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable in his 20-years of experience, and helped me to realize regular massage therapy is essential to our health & well-being. Customer service okay, didn't get a warm feeling when I walked in total fake. Massage was very uncomfortable I totally request medium to moderate pressure she applied strictly hard pressure where I was in tears. I figured since she was the therapist maybe she know what's best. Total uncomfortable massage. Once massage done you gotta stand at front desk for additional 5min to be bribed into a membership. No don't think so. No one looked like they enjoy their job. Overall, music good office clean.
I have come to this store a couple of times and enjoyed it every time! The front desk service is great, I was helped immediately and they really took the time to understand what I was looking for in order to match me to the right therapist. They also recommended me to try the aroma therapy oils and hot towels, which were super relaxing and calming. I have to say that I loved the massage from Joseph though! Worst customer service. I was diagnosed with a condition that doesn't allow me to get massages, so I got a Dr's letter explaining. 2 Months after them getting the letter, they still billed my credit card. I have left several messages to have the owner call me back to get a refund with NO call back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH TO ANYONE.
My face got burned from the facial done yesterday. I went back within an hour to show burn marks on chin. No help given. No suggestions or anything. Waiting to be called. I went from almost flawless to a hot mess. Called, and still got no help.
