Gross lack of customer privacy. Unethical working environment; hostile, dishonest and irresponsible ownership.
Wouldn’t go here even if it’s free. I bought a promotional Father’s Day gift card for 3 visits and after the first visit, they wouldn’t book a 2nd visit until he signed a contract. Total manipulation and false advertisement. They charged a credit card immediately for a one year contract. It took almost 4 months to get the issue resolved after no return phone calls, etc. the staff seemed to only be knowledgeable of what their “computer screen” showed, couldn’t seem to think on their own.
