Therapists can be great but the desk staff has to get their heads out of their a**es. Long time member and after two appointments cancelled by them, show up to my appointment and have me booked for the wrong therapist that I didn't book myself. Unapologetic and in helpful. Will be talking to a manager.
I had Cristal and she was AWESOME! I actually signed up for a membership!!
