this pertains to the La Quinta, CA Massage Envy location. I signed up for the 1 massage per month membership for 12 months. To date, I have had 3 unsatisfactory massages. I called the LQ location to inquire how to cancel my membership because I was not happy with the quality of services provided. I was informed I could not cancel my membership until the 12 months were up, unless I gave them a doctor's letter stating I could not receive subsequent massages. That is absurd. My favorite massage therapist is Sal. He is awesome. Just the right pressure and so relaxing. Sherry gives fantastic facials. The entire staff is helpful. John on the front desk is so friendly. A membership to Massage Envy was the best birthday gift my husband has given to me.
