TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! My husband and I had an account here for a year, never with a complaint. But, when we went to close our accounts, the company failed to uphold our last session. Incredibly rude customer service when we tried to get it figured out. AND the manager, Laura, apparently has no set hours, so we were told to just keep trying to get ahold of her. Unbelievable! Hand and Stone, here we come!!

Worst massage service ever! U definitely get what u pay for at this location near Publix. My 1st and last time coming here. I usually only go to Westin but since a friend purchased me a gift card I came here, biggest mistake ever. I waited 30 min after being put in the hush room and also was promised a 60min massage but only got 45min. I cannot express my appreciation for Dorothy enough! She has done outstanding work each time I have seen her and I am sad to see her go! That being said, I hope that she knows how appreciated she is and that she provided more than just massage therapy with her unique ability to listen and understand as well as her encouraging and uplifting words! I’ve been seeing Sloan once a month since my spinal fusion in 2015. She helps relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders so much. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. The entire staff is very nice and accommodating.
I came in for my first massage at this place and it was amazing! Right when I walked in, I was greeted by very friendly staff at the front desk. As I waited on the lady doing my massage, I got to wait in a little sitting area. The sitting area was so calming and had great energy in the space. The massage room was nice, quiet, and cozy.
