He put zero effort into the massage... I asked for a massage not a lotion rub. He didn't any questions... honestly I think he was offended that I wouldn't shake his hand prior to the massage due to the coronavirus. He made a comment that his hands are cleaner than anything in the building. I asked for a deep tissue massage and got nothing but a lotion rub.

I had a terrible experience at the Huntington Beach location on Maine. I booked a couples massage two weeks in advance and selected the specific types of massages we both wanted. I received my confirmation emails immediately then a confirmation phone call the day before the couples massage. It's pricey but I like my massage therapist, Taylor, so much that I just keep coming back. Ha. This location is very professional and friendly. I've never had a bad experience :)
Great experience went in not sure what to expect but was glad I did. We did the couple one hour massage and wish that I would have done the 90min instead because it was great. Looking forward to coming back again!!!!
