Whatever you do read the contract. Try to block out the reception people telling you all of the wonderful things they will give you and how reasonable it is, blah blah blah. If I have paid for a massage and I want to give it to someone else, I ought to be allowed to do that!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crappy crappy crappy customer service. I did like Jamie though, the only redeeming value.
Awesome spa. I really didn't realize how much better my body was benefiting, until recently I have missed several sessions. Taylor does a fantastic job and I am so ready to be back.

Massage Envy in Hoover is a wonderful spa! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the therapists are wonderful. The therapists listen to you and adjust to what you need or ask for, as well as getting to know you as a person, not just a client. I highly recommend becoming a member.
