I called a week in advance to book an appointment for 10am today, when I arrived I was told that I didn’t have a reservation and that they were booked. No one asked if I wanted to reschedule, offer a fix, or even seemed concerned that they may lose a client. Won’t be back!
Horrible experience. Continued being charged after cancellation. Charged for services I did not book or receive. Management is dismissive and incompetent. Front desk services is hit or miss... no consistency in knowledge. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Much better experience at the Mountain Brook location.
