My fiance was not able to make it to his appointment. I called beforehand to let them know and the woman on the other end said to me that they charge 50% to people who have to cancel their appointments. I said that was fine since I thought that was reasonable. The next day I look at my bank account to find that they charged me full price! I tried to call to speak to a manager and it was always the same answer, "We'll have our manager call you back today." I am still waiting for the call.
