Not sure what to think but I’ve had 2 out of the last 3 massages cancelled on the day of the massage. At least they do call though. Hope this isn’t becoming the norm.
RecommendedMassage envy in Hattiesburg is the best Massage Envy I have ever visited. They are under new management now and go above and beyond to help their customers. Bridgett, my massage therapist, is great and so is my esthetician, Meranda. The negative reviews on here do not accurately reflect how the staff is now. They are awesome and provide excellent service. Thank you Masssage Envy.

I am not one to do this but this massage was not everything I wanted it to be and to top it off we were told our massages were going to be a certain price and then the price doubled. I even let them know that my massage wasn’t what I was expecting. My husband wasn’t happy with his either. I will not be back.
Recommendedafter missing appointments and confusion caused by myself I only have praise for their politeness. Super staff!
