I have been trying to get a refund for about 3 weeks now and I can’t get anybody to return my calls I canceled my membership in April and they waited until July to take out two months worth and told me I would have to speak to a manager and that one would be calling me and I have called them back several times and nobody will help me or return my calls they took out 120 dollars and will not give it back!!

Was greeted by a very friendly girl at the front counter. She explained everything in detail, and very knowledgable. Courtney was an excellent massage therapist. She did lots of stretches along with my massage to help my arthritis from injuries. Will recommend to others.
After reading so many negative posts about this location... I can thankfully say that I had an excellent experience. All of the staff were friendly and informative. Karen was very professional and I look forward to many more. I have more mobility in my neck after just one session than I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend Massage Envy.
Manager would not call me back concerning an issue that was their fault. They still owe me quite a bit of massages and/or facials. Hard to get appointments to coincide with my work schedule.
