Very Good Massage This was a great massage. I got a gift certificate for mother's day and finally just went and got my massage. The receptionist was friendly and the massage was even better. It went by too quick!! Sarah the therapist was great. I didn't sign the membership but probably will next time.
horrible!!! You get what u pay for! Hi I just want to warn everyone to stay away from this place. they have horrible customer service and the massage was a disaster! She completley went against what I was asking for and was rude to me on top of it. The front desk was super pushy and and still charged me after I was more than dissatisfied!
Great Massage This was my first experience at a Massage Envy and I walked away very impressed. My therapist was very attentive to my requests and the price was extremely reasonable. It was one of the best massages I've ever received and also probably the cheapest.
Bloomindale a bust! AVOID THIS PLACE!! They do not inform you of terms up front!! If you use one of your PRE-PAID massages outside of some "membership" time, they will harass you and accuse you of being a thief!! Bought six massages... never told of a time limit to use them, and was told by staff it was no big deal to spread them out. Love it I'm becoming addicted to this place. I was never a huge massage person before my husband got me a gift card last year for my birthday. I signed up for the membership figuring it would help me relax and it has really worked. I've gone from a once a year massage person to a once every other week and I feel miserable if I have to miss.
Just what I needed 1 hour session was just what I needed and I was convinced enough that I decided to become a member! Best decision I made this year as it has only helped. Thanks to my therapist and the friendly staff, this is the only Massage Envy I go to.
Great price for an hour of pampering It is hard to beat the price of $39 for an introductory massage. I called for an appointment and was able to be seen within a few hours. The atmosphere was relaxing and the massage was handled very professionally. I also found their website section on what to expect helpful in preparing for my first message.
great price & a great massage ! I think Massage Envy has great customer service, price and skilled Massage Therapist. Why should I pay over $50.00 anywhere else? This is one place worth checking out. First massage is only $39.00 ! AND they are open 7 DAYS a week!! I love getting massages but hate paying so much...this place is my new escape !
Good Service Best part of this place is there hours. Super flexible and you can get in same day lots of time. The therapist are good and the prices are fair.
