EXCELLENT massage, worked the knots out loosened up my hamstrings to reduce my discomfort. My therapist was knowledgable and thorough and encouraged me to let her know about any tender areas. She worked on my arthritic thumbs but was very tender and didn't hurt me. I will go back and I recommend Massage Envy to everyone.
