Don't take 10 minutes at the beginning and 10 minutes at the end for dressing time. No one takes that long. It makes a 90 minute massage into 70 minutes, then they expect you to give a $20 tip.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service, convenient.
Don’t waste your time! They cancelled my first appt because the therapist had car issues and rescheduled for the next day. Next day...oh no..we scheduled for tomorrow! So - 2 trips to the store and no massage!
