ROXY is the best massage therapist I've ever been to. Love her professional demeanor and concern for how the massage is as she does what she does. Highly recommend her services.

I'm really disappointed with the recent customer service I was given. I have been a monthly member for over a year (my husband over 4 years!) and recently my monthly membership fee went up with no warning from the Goodyear location or by mail. I called to inquire and the woman I spoke to said "yeah, that's a normal increase" and told told me my option was to cancel my membership and reopen in my home state of OR to get the rate I had been given. Had my 1st massage and facial, what a nice time. Jen and Britney did a great job! Can't wait to go back with hubby..
Massage was great, Jesse did a wonderful job. But I was not given my free foot scrub for booking a happy hour appointment, as advertised! When I asked the receptionist, she acted like she had no idea about it and told me to come back another day. Not stoked on that, probably won't return.
