Enjoyed every bit of it, very relaxing. The staff is very nice and make you feel very welcomed and relaxed.
I travel to four regular work destinations and have tried to get my monthly messages while there, however, the quality & relaxation experience of those messages have been a hit or miss repeatedly. I now wait until I’m home to go to Goodyear because every visit has been a good visit. I take any therapist available to fit my small windows of availability, and usually booked with little advanced notice and every one has been very good. First time at the Goodyear location, I may come here more often. I really dislike change, but got a facial at this one and it was great! She even recommended some great massage specialists for me!
The massage was enjoyable and relaxing. But why is there always some confusion and shenanigans??? We had certificates for massages that were gifted to us and it was a HUGE hassle and overly time consuming. It’s extremely aggravating to get a relaxing massage and then to be asked questions of how a payment via gift certificate should be handled. I don’t work there, so how would I know? This is precisely why I don’t invest in a membership here.
