I just had an amazing facial with Claribel! I feel so relaxed and my skin feels amazing! The front desk staff were also very friendly and their location looks beautiful! What a wonderful way to end my vacation here in Arizona!
So last 3 months I been booking with this location there always therapist calling out or not showing up when I happen to book my appointment the last 3 times! I have two credits and 2 free 30 minute upgrades for the inconvenience appointments and also free enhancements. I have not been able to use them because of the service of there front staff and how they book at this location! All the front desk staff and my therapist, Devon, were awesome!!! He was an excellent therapist, so skilled and knowledgeable!!
AMAZING!!! The front staff is delightful, the waiting room is peaceful and the massage is simply the best !!
If you go to the gym frequently and want a therapist that understands that lifestyle and how working out affects the body, JOHN is your therapist. It was very nice to be able to discuss all things gym related and John knew exactly what I was talking about. He also understands how each workout movement affects each muscle group so he knew where to focus to work out my issues. Front desk was very nice and attentive. I became a member at this visit so hopefully I have nothing but positives to post as time goes on.
This massage envy is very dishonest. The staff don't understand their own contracts and there are hidden fees. Don't come here. They do not have true customer service.
