Paid for deep tissue and an add on aromatherapy.....was light pressure if even that. Was supposed to get massage lotion to bring home, which they forgot to give. I had a masseur from ME highlight at another place which is why I came. Would not recommend this place unless I can remember the name of that person.

Bought my wife a gift card here for a three month membership that included three free massages. There was a special that included a free stretch or facial. She already used the stretch and 2 massages. When she went in today to receive her 3rd massage today, she was told that she already used all 3. They claimed that when she went for the stretch, it was applied as a massage and that she would have to pay today. Shameful.

This location is horrible. Been a member for years and finally cancelled my membership because they can’t even keep therapists or schedule appointments properly. Just showed up for my last massage but they cancelled it and never told me. Don’t waste your time or money go somewhere else.
Just had a facial. I only had on mascara. After my facial i looked in the mirror. What did i see? Raccoon eyes. How did she not take all the mascara off and not see this when doing the treatments. She was also talking the whole time. Don’t talk. Just do what i paid for. Relaxation! Horrible service.
I cancelled my membership but have 15 sessions paid for and they continually give me problems trying to use them & a deadline to use them all. Would not recommend them at all. Why is it such an issue to use the sessions that are paid for by gifting them to others. The key is “paid for”. The owner received her money. Buyers beware. Go elsewhere!!
How is it possible that after 2 months and 5 requests I’ve had ZERO response when requesting to talk to management?! I’ve been a member here for years, but clearly that means nothing. Management doesn’t want to talk to me because I want to donate some of my services to a non-profit auction. #customerservice #relaxationcancelled
