I had a great 90 minute massage
Horrible manager. Not willing to fix an error on their end. Treated my sister badly on her birthday weekend. They overbooked and canceled on her last minute. I was going to sign up with her tomorrow but i would never at this location.
Never coming here again. Was referred by a friend and I was pressured, over and over. Not the type of place that would help me relax. Good thing I didn’t sign up as a monthly customer. I rather spend my money at a spa which values me and not pressures me to buy products and up sell me when I say no.
I’ve been to these around the country during my travels. This was BY FAR, the worse experience from two months ago to now. I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt but you should save yourself and go to another location. The manager is incapable of being professional. The staff is good but for the constant rude front staff I rather not ever deal with this place again.
