My experience was great but I was mislead on pricing. I was told over the phone it would be $30.00 for a one hour stretch therapy. I get there they check me in. I begin my therapy, which was only 45 minutes and they didn't start until 15 minutes after my scheduled time. When it was time to pay the cost was $50.00. The price isn't the issue but it's the fact that I was mislead. Got me once but I won't be going back.
I enjoy every time , Amanda is always attentive to my needs, very professional.
Did like their services she wasn't professional she didn't do deep pressure she wasn't hands on at all times ask her to do deep pressure but did I get NO then when I was telling the cashier about it she did have anything to say .she just ask me was I using my credit card that was on file.no discount no am sorry were they do this.will not go there again. Should have waited to go to hot springs like I wanted to always go with your first mind
I agree sometimes u will sometimes get a therapist that will talk the entire time which doesn't make it that relaxing.. I think they are somewhat disgruntled bc they only receive 25% of the payment and rely on tips and their tips are taxed if given electronically.. I've heard this a couple times when going to get a service. However, they are usually friendly.. And the front desk was better this time, but I've had an experience where they weren't so professional. Kinda hit or miss...
Shadiest company known to man. Hidden fees every place you turn. Impossible to book a session with and then they waste most of the massage time "consulting" beforehand. I currently have 8 unused massages because everytime I try to book one there's a mixup. Hate them. Don't get sucked into their miserable membership.
