Was given a gift certificate and first timer at Massage Envy for a facial treatment I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Then Lead Esthetician, Therolyn welcomed me too and went through the questionnaire again but explained everything thorough then as the facial went on she explained areas of concerns or need improvements.
