Lee has magic hands. He makes it hurt so good! I make sure I return to get my massage at least twice a month, if not more. I'm so glad I became a member.
I had a great massage my first time at a massage envy. They were very friendly and the price was fair. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it felt very corporate and rushed. Also something as simple as using an essential oil is an entire extra charge. But they had a decent introductory deal so I gave it a try. Don't know if I would go back at the normal rate. I look for the deals and there are other places to get massaged in Denver for less.
Jackie was AMAZING. She was thorough, took her time and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be back! 🙂
The manager Hannah has a serious attitude problem. I'm not sure how she became a manager because her customer service skills are lacking. I wanted to transfer a membership credit to my sister and she flat out refused saying that's not their policy. I'll never go to this location again. The Tiffany Plaza location is a lot nicer.
Every time I have come here I’ve had a great experience. Cheyenne at the front desk and Hannah provide great service and are very intelligible!
Edward was excellent, he applied the correct amount of pressure and he listened to what I need not just the mechanics of being a massage therapist.
