I was in pain & I feel so much better.
Talk about terrible customer service! They scheduled me an appointment with a therapist that wasn't even working today. They called the wrong number to let me know of the snafu. I walked in at what I thought was my appointment time only to have the guy at the front desk tell me what was going on. He said they had someone available if I wanted a facial. Um, no. No apology, no attempt to make things better. I will not be returning.
FYI - 1 hour actually means 50 minutes in massage envy language and $49 actually means $49 & a tip. The massage was great! Not against tipping just against silly fine print that's not initially relayed to the customer.
Love this location! The front desk staff and the back of house staff are just amazing!
