Therapist were GREAT no complaints there. (Although everytime we found someone we loved after a couple weeks they'd be gone) My family & I have been members for over 4 years yet manager did not want to help when it came to finally cancelling after 4yrs! They are definitely hard to deal with. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE EVER MADE TO HELP YOU OUT. THEY ARE VERY STRICT ON POLICIES NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU'VE BEEN A MEMBER. I have been a member at this location for a few years. While the front office service has lacked good customer service, I endured because I loved the therapist. Recently I decided to cancel my membership because between me and my husband we have almost 34 credits to use due to our work/travel schedule. I am being told that I have to pay membership dues for February before I can cancel and be allowed to use my credits.
