If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I called a week ahead of time to schedule a pre natal massage since you cannot book them on the app. I also got a confirmation call the day before my appointment where I confirmed. They called me a couple hours before my appointment saying there was a scheduling conflict and that my appointment was going to be cancelled. I am having an issue with the account they set up for me. When I try to log in it says the account doesn’t exist and when I try to create a new one with the email it says it exists. To make appointments I have to call the locations to make sure they have the available times and it’s very annoying. The people at the store have not been able to figure it out. After letting me login to portal a few times it now says it doesn't recognize my email. When it did let me login it wouldn't let me pay. When i try to cancel my membership they won't let me. This company is complete waste of time. Don't sign up for any thing with them!!
