It was a very good experience being that it was my first time! I am hooked!
I had a 90 minute massage today at the Firewheel Location. Everyone was very nice. They have a tranquil room to sit in before your massage. Shauna was my Therapist. She was awesome.
That was the most painful / worst experience of my entire life! Hacks they call therapist do not listen to you, do not read the paperwork they make you fill out , and do not know what the hell they are doing. Spend your money elsewhere.
I can never ever get a same day appointment. Always booked solid. I'm guessing membership is oversubscribed. Need a better client/ massage therapist ratio. Never had this issue in other locations before moving here :( .
