The didn't listen at all to what I wanted. Wanted full body deep tissue massage with extra focus on neck, shoulders and glutes. Got only focus on neck, shoulders and glutes with out any other area being massaged. And I still hurt in my neck after leaving. Even after it was a focus area.
Mercy always does a great job. Staff always friendly and efficient.
I've been coming to this location for over a year and all the therapists I've had were great. If you're looking for a deep tissue massage Chase does an awesome job!
Liz is an awesome Masseuse and counselor too when I need it.
