Called to change my appointment days in advance!! Was told the person who was doing my service was on break at 5:00 and they would switch his break so I could have that time slot.. today at 3:00 I receive a call telling me my appt is 3pm!! I explained that I called and switched!! They made me sound like I was a liar and would not accommodate the error on their part!!! I would never recommend going to this location!! Omg it was Valentine’s Day and we were running late on our appt because of traffic they still saw my husband for his appt he said that was the best massage I have ever had in a long time. My husband was very happy 😃.
i had Anthony as my massage therapist he was awesome!!! Best Deep tissue massage Ive ever had.
I have tried to contact manager for over 10 days with no response. Left multiple messages/emails but continue to get the run around. I am moving and have provided required documentation to cancel contract. Would not recommend this location nor MassageEnvy as a whole.
This location is absolutely horrible. I’ve had a massage with one of their staff, which was very unsatisfactory. No actions to rectify the horrible experience were made. I just recently went in for a 60m massage, which I cancelled due to the staff member not being on time. These guys are highly unprofessional, lack punctuality and skill. Stay clear!
First off let me just say that this review is for my experience at this location on 10/09/17 only. My fiance' brought me here for a 60 min facial and a 60 min massage. Well my facial was from 11:17 to 12:17 but my massage started at 12:20 and ended at 1:08. I was a bit confused as to why it was ending early but I didn't complain because it was my birthday and I was already agitated that the estetician was late for our facial which in turn had us late for the rest of our festivities on my birthday.
