All the therapist and estheticians are so amazing and professional. They know what to do to make my discomfort feel better. The esties always know what to recommend for my skin. I'll always go back to Massage Envy.
When in for a massage I have booked a few weeks out because I knew I would be free. Got a confirmation call a day before spoke with the woman and said I would be there and she then asked be to come in ten minutes early to fill out paperwork. I got there 15 mins early to fill out paperwork and the women that I spoke to the day before said I had canceled ( which I hadn’t) and had booked my spot. They did nothing to fix the situation.
