Terrible experience. Don't ever sign a contract here. The only people who can cancel your memberships are "managers" who seem to never be there. I have called multiple times, gone in to the office multiple days on a Friday between 8-5 and a manager is never there. Getting frustrated, they stated they could email my my cancellation contract. Never getting anything in my email or hearing anything back from a manager, I cancelled my card because they had already charged for my next month. After 4 attempts of going in and multiple phone calls, was never able to get to cancel my account. So I canceled my credit card to stop payments and they suspended my account, but they still felt the need to bill me months after and sent it to collections.
