i was not impressed to day. came to my massage envy appointment 10 min early on 13th ave south. i was told to go into the tranquillity room and noah would get me. 15 min later i go to desk and find out he is not even in the building! very disappointed because i really need a massage! desk workers were not very helpful. did not seem to care or try to make this right. question my membership to this place!
I've been going here for years and have had massages with Dave pretty much every time and love his massages. The issue with this place is their front-end staff. They are constantly having new staff on and off one ever knows what's going on. I've had 3 massages missed now just this year and because you're practically required to be a member and be charged every month, I now have excessive charges on my account. Boyfriend and I came in today, had Kara and Dakota for a couples massage. We have been buzzing and talking about it ever since! We want to return to them ASAP. Would recommend this place to anybody and everybody. Beautiful atmosphere, knowledgeable & friendly staff, ecstatic with the results... was a fantastic first time experience. Thank you all again!
I had Ray. He was phenomenal. He educated me and told me I would most likely be sore or could possibly get a bad headache but it's my bodies way of getting rid of toxins. I have drank more then normal amount of water like he said and that's also helped. I will for sure be going back to him. Everybody schedule with Ray!
Jasmine does an amazing job! I have never slept better, I would say she's the best one! I plan on getting more to come she has helped through my pregnancy, and also after!
Finally found a girl that I love and that has stayed around just sucks they r raising prices for membership that people have had forever don't think that's great so might be leaving �
First professional massage I have ever had, and it was wonderful. Dawn helped me relax and have an amazing birthday afternoon. The only down side was that I wasn't sure I should be driving afterwards! (I was that relaxed!!)
