The most rude front staff I have ever experienced. Me and my fiancé had a couples massage, we had to cancel the morning of to do prior engagements. They decided to still schedule my half of the massage then gave me attitude when I was upset about not wanting to be held responsible for the massage. Completely understood that cancellation fees would apply but not “transferring one of my fiancé’s massages” to cover for their mistake. I will not be returning!
I would highly recommend this place! Very polite, helpful and relaxing!! I am definitely going back!!
I had my first massage from Andrew yesterday and it was not only great but perhaps the very best massage I have had at this site. He told me he could feel my tension (work environment) and he worked out knots. I slept thru the night for the first time in years. Thanks Andrew!
