Had a guy the was hurt, and didn't know what he was doing he started late and i ended up leaving what a waste. Never again
Should inform new customers when making an appointment and taking their credit card info about your same day or no show policy. I was told my credit card was taken to make the reservation but not told that that same day cancellation is 50% or no show is 100%. Work emergency resulted in a missed appointment and a surprise on my credit card statement. Unimpressed!
Update: As requested by management-- Refund is in process and my membership was canceled-- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will never go here again or recommend them.
If I could come here twice a week I would. I prefer the 90 min session with a little deep tissue and relaxing massage. Treat yourself, you will be blessed.
My massage therapist, April, is awesome. I always leave happy after one of our hour and a half massages.
