I just started using the East Providence location and I booked 3 appointments, 2 out of three were canceled last minute because the woman Melinda I had an appointment with called off of work. Today I had a couples massage scheduled so not only did my appointment get canceled but the other woman who was booked for my boyfriend missed out on her appointment because Melinda can’t seem to show up to work. I had a great experience at this location. Kayla is amazing. Very professional and extremely kind and caring. I wish I wasn’t moving out of state because I just lost the best massage therapist.
