Put in waiting area. 20 minutes later go back to receptionist who stated Tim must not have come to work that day. Also stated they have no idea when and if anyone shows up for work because no one has to check in at the front desk.
I highly encourage open communication between therapist and customer to ensure issues are communicated accurately.
I have been a massage envy member for over 5 years and been to many of there locations most experiences have been great. Yesterday however was just the best!!! Regina at the reception desk recommended the perfect therapist after I told her my needs . And dam he was perfect. Thank you rick and Regina Im very greatful for everything keep up the amazing work!!!!
As always, very relaxing and exactly what I needed....
Absolutely loved this place! The staff is incredible and I walked away feeling like a million bucks! I HIGHLY recommend a visit.
