I have tried for 2 weeks now, with 3 emails trying to cancel service and get a refund for being charged when they were closed due to CORVID-19. My next step will be to file a complaint with BBB and dispute CC charges. I see others has issue to. It is a simple thing to do, why cant you just do the right thing?

This is the worst establishment I have ever encountered. I have been trying to cancel my membership since August 2018. It's now exactly 1 year later and I am still being charged. I have filled out 3 cancelation forms and honestly I think they just throw them away after I sign them. IF YOU WERE THINKING ABOUT SIGNING UP..... DON'T. YOU MAY NEVER BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT

I had the BEST and most professional deep tissue massage this week with Kassidy! It was much better than all of the sports massages I have had over the years and my pain has reduced significantly overnight. If you’re an athlete and are looking for someone to work on you, Kassidy is it! Check out this ME, they’re awesome!
Excellent customer service and Austin is amazing!! Best massage ever! Finally found the perfect masseuse.
Carla was amazing. She got knots out of my shoulders and I left feeling 100% better. I highly recommend her.
Showed up an hour early for my first appointment at this location, and was told the therapist left early sick. The receptionist said they called my cell to tell me; my phone never rang and there’s no record of their call in the history. Don’t know who they called. Wasted trip across town.
