I had amazing full service and nuru massage session here with Eilyn (769) 287 2311. My friend recommended her for me since I was looking for where to get a real full service and good body massage, I texted her, she replied immediately then explained the process to get manager approval because they no longer accept walk-in again, I did it and got approved then went there, Linda welcomed me friendly and rendered awesome full service for me then ended the session with nuru massage. Highly recommend.
Aaliyah Fennell is an outstanding receptionist at Massage Envy! From the moment I called to try to book an appointment, she greeted me with a warming hello and made me feel welcomed and valued. She’s professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful when it comes to scheduling or answering any questions. Her positive energy sets the tone, and she truly goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. Aaliyah is a shining example of excellent customer service!

My massage therapist is excellent -"Lexi." "Kayla", at the front desk is very nice. I'm fairly certain I left a jacket there - when I asked, front desk staff simply stared and shrugged! Weird! The membership contract is decidedly for the benefit of the company!
