Only giving the place 3 stars because of the employees. They are all friendly and helpful. However, i despise the business model of this place. Having to become a member to get massages sucks. I hate signing complicated contracts for anything. I like simplicity, flexibility and ease.
My massage was great (Sebastian) but the young ladies at the front desk are unaware of how cancer is speed or contained. I was embassingly total that I couldn't get my facial because I am on an oral chemo drug to maintain my "Chemical Remission". I am concerned that the lack of knowledge that the front desk help regarding cancer is NULL. I have been to other locations and have never had anything like this happen. My visit as always was wonderful. I love my relaxation and even though I have had to go to a few sifferrmt massage therapist all of them were great. Keep up the good work�
My therapist was jasmine she was good she get all the spots you ask her to get
I love this place. The meditationl music sets the tone for perfect relaxation and pampering mode. The staff is very kind and hospitable. I would recommend anyone that needed a massage or facial to come here and chill out. :)
Well I call for first time, and the receptionist was horrible, ( her name was Heather), no explanation, no nothing , the next day I went , they hardly smile..same girl on the phone and then she give me the chart to fill it up, and I have a sorprise that the therapist it will be a Men.
