Love coming in for massages! I don’t get them enough! I always feel relaxed and taken care of when I am there! ���

It was a wonderful a nice environment to be in they did a wonderful job on my massage any and everyone should go there if they need a great massage.
The actual therapist have always been very nice and helpful. But the front desk staff have mislead me in terms of my contract. I asked last month about the cancellation and the end of my six months. She said this month would be my last one and I wouldn’t have to do anything. She didn’t offer me the cancellation form last month so now I have to pay for another month (since my written notice of cancellation is not within 10 tens of my account being drafted). I see David and he is awesome! He works on you the whole time and you come out feeling like a new person!
I truly enjoyed my massage. It was very relaxing and Kelly did an awesome job. My only issue is that you pay for an hour and I believe the hour starts the second they sign you in. I would expect the hour to start once the massage actually starts. I checked in at 10:40 and was walking out at 11:40. Only about a 30-40 min massage.
I asked for an appointment with someone who had years of experience And I proceeded to book an hour and a half. I don't blame the therapist I blame management but not giving me what I requested. I wanted to personally give the therapist a gratuity and she refused to come out. I wanted to thank her for her service and give her a gratuity, it wasn't her fault that I wasn't given what I requested.
