Not accommodating to individual circumstances! I joined the six month member plan, two months in I got a new job in which I will be going to Africa and am temporarily living in Va for training. I called to cancel on several occasions and had to call back to speak to a manager he did not return my call. Then the pandemic hit and they were shut down. I just realized I had just liked the general ME page. I just had my massage with Michael, whom I've had for a handful of times since going there. He is absolutely incredible at listening to what you're looking for during the session. The staff is great, accommodating, and polite. I can't believe I haven't left a review on this page. I'm from FL, and was very relieved when I moved up here, there was one in Dacula. Thank y'all and many thanks to Michael who never ceases to amaze me.

Excellent service at the front desk! Great massage therapy session. Wendi did an excellent job. I especially like how she ended the session focusing on massaging my scalp and face. I will be back soon !!
Their manager and admin office and the customer service is below par and terrible! I was charged for a yearly subscription when I called when i found out The manager said that he was going to go ahead and cancel it and he promised me that there would be no charges to my wife’s account and lo and behold one month later we have the charges on there. I’m very upset and disappointed at this location we’re not recommend them to anybody the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing and their customer service is terrible! This is a war... read more
