***Don't go to this Massage Envy*** I had a 2 hour massage scheduled, but because of unforseen circumstance I needed to modify to just 1 hour. They would not cancel just one hour...they said they would have to cancel my original 2 hours and reschedule for only 1 hour. I pay $49.00/month for membership so that meant they were unwilling to cancel 1 hr ($49.00) but I had to cancel 2 hours ($49.00) only to reschedule for 1 hr ($49.00) in total would be $147.00!
