Nestor is amazing! He does a great job of listening to what my needs are and taking care of them. Everyone is friendly and I would recommend them.
I have been there several times and I have not experienced anything bad. Leo is the person that gives me my massage and he focus on the area I need. He is really good!!
I don't know how this place stays in business, it must be a front of some sort. My wife has had appointments there and almost every time she is called just before the date or even hours before and told the have to reschedule her because so and so has a family emergency, called off sick or has some other personal issue. The should just close shop. They get no stars, not one, but only so I could post.
I have been an active member for over 7 years at this location. The past 2 years it's getting harder a harder to get a female therapist in the evening for my sons. They run with 2 or 3 most week nights. They are quick to call you 10 times in 2 days if your credit card expires though. Made 3 appointments for this week. My son Showed up tonight and they have them all for next week. Not happy with the concord location at all
Bunch of crooks! I was a victim of their completely illegal policy to deny fulfillment of prepaid massages after the member has canceled their plan. On the plus side, they just lost a class action lawsuit around this exact policy. Do not support this business. Support the movement to bring them down!
Massage Envy Spa Concord-Clayton is a bad place - they have no compassion and i rate them zero for not giving my sister who is a cancer patient a massage crappy attitude abounds
