The ladies answering the phone lines are absolutely, the best. Good customer service is very important to me and if employees at ANY business don't show appreciation for my business, I always share my feelings and ESPECIALLY, when they do. � They are always curteous, patient, professional and very helpful. ♡ them �... and my massages by Joey are a 'life saver' for me EVERY TIME since day one as a perfect Mother's Day treat from my son last year. � Thanks, Massage Envy!! I'm a regular when I remember...Bonnie Huntley is awesome....no one else can touch me. Have mine set up for a monthly and when I miss I can certainly tell. Love the locations but I think Collierville staff is a lot friendlier.
I've been a massage envy member for about 8 years!! I go 1-2 times per month. Always a great experience!!! I recommend to everyone!!
