I have been a few times and absolutely loved my massage therapist; however, when I became pregnant, they wouldn't massage me due to me being high risk, which is fine. BUT, I placed a hold on my account so that I would not be paying every month for services I couldn't use. They have continued to charge my account, even after filling out paperwork. Every time I call, I am told the "manager isn't in" and also that "the manager will call me." The manager has never called, and this situation has not been rectified.

The staff was amazing!! I’ve only gotten facials from a more expensive spa and today was the best facial I’ve ever had. Thanks to Allison for her amazing service and the front desk ladies being so helpful, I had such a great Mother’s Day treat to myself. And now I’m a member. THATS how great it was!!
